All shipping is free! Orders will usually be processed within 3 business days of order placement, and will arrive at your doorstep within 4-8 days once shipped.

Please note that all orders ships directly from our partners to you and each partner has policies unique to its boutique.

After you've placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation in your inbox. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an additional email with an updated tracking number. 

RETURN
I'M NOT 100% IN LOVE WITH MY ORDER. WHAT NOW?

Please note that a flat $6 fee will be charged for all returns and each brand has return policies unique to their boutique. See below for details:

Return Policy: 
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or refunded. 
FOR BRANDS - R Collective, Coclico 

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your purchases, and for any damaged or defective items, you have 14 days to exchange or refund your purchases.

FOR BRANDS - Binge Knitting

You have 7 days from receiving your order to return your purchases, and for any damaged or defective items, you have 14 days to exchange or refund your purchases.

FOR BRANDS - Artissanos, Feller, Futaba Hayashi, Klei, Marie Hunter Beauty, Slash Objects

Due to the nature of the product, we will not be accepting returns for these brands at the moment. For any damaged or defective items, you have 14 days from receiving your order to exchange or refund your purchases.

FOR ALL OTHER BRANDS

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return your purchases; and for any damaged or defective items, you have 14 days to exchange or refund your purchases.
